Milan TV via MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie lost a tooth in the fixture against Napoli when he was knocked in the face by Matteo Politano with his elbow. Kessie was visibly hurt during the match as he pulled up and was seen spitting blood after the incident. For the remainder of the game he could be seen holding something in his mouth to stop the bleeding and in some photographs he can be seen missing the tooth.
The report notes that Kessie went to the dentist yesterday to receive treatment and confirms that he indeed lost a tooth. Kessie put in another strong performance against Napoli and is not expected to miss any of the upcoming games as a result of the incident. Kessie also become the most capped African international for Milan in this game getting to 148 appearances beating George Weah's record of 147 games.
