Sky Italia via Tutto Mercato Web are reporting that AC Milan's first offer for the contract renewal of phenomenal goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has been turned down by the player's agent Mino Raiola. The contract for the 21 year old is will elapse in June 2021 hence is only a few months away. Milan's first offer was a contract adding on 3-4 years at the current wage of 6 million euros. This is starting to look similar to the previous renewal summer saga for the goalkeeper in 2017 when Marco Fassone and Massimo Mirabelli nearly lost him and caused a huge stir where Milan fans turned on the youngster.

The report notes that the entourage of the player met with Milan's management on Thursday and have scheduled a follow up for next week. Milan will undoubtedly raise their offer as the keeper a leader both on and off the pitch whilst also easily being the top prospect on the squad. Raiola will likely ask for a 7 million euro salary.
