AC Milan faced Udinese on the road yesterday morning and came away with a difficult three points as the home side tormented Milan with a staunch defensive display and some luck to win a penalty. Milan started off well but seemed to lack their usual edge which could result from some fatigue having just played on Thursday in the Europa League and won. Franck Kessie opened the scoring with a stunning shot after Zlatan Ibrahimovic held the ball well in the box and set up the assist perfectly. Milan conceded another silly goal as captain Alessio Romagnoli was judged harshly and gave away a penalty. Ante Rebic made his long awaited comeback and had an impact as his cross led to the late winning goal as Ibrahimovic pulled off an acrobatic strike taking advantage of a defensive error to put Milan into the lead with about five minutes to go. Milan have 5 wins and 1 draw in the league thus far.
