Napoli Could Possibly Miss Four Starters In Serie A Clash With AC Milan

Calcio Mercato are reporting that Napoli could face AC Milan without four starters this weekend as Gennaro Gattuso faces his former side. Stefano Pioli and Giacomo Murelli will be absent for Milan on the bench. Gattuso will reportedly be without striker Victor Osimhen, goalkeeper David Ospina, defender Elseid Hysaj and midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Osimhen has dislocated his right shoulder, Ospina has a muscle issue, Hysaj has tested positive for the coronavirus and Bakayoko is ill with the flu. This means that Gattuso will not have his full squad while Milan will likely be led by Daniele Bonera in the absence of Pioli and Murelli. The game will be won by the side that adapts best to their circumstances.

Milan are unbeaten in the league thus far with 17 points in 7 games sitting atop Serie A while Napoli have 14 points in 7 games sitting in third place having lost twice.
