Sempre Milan are reporting that AS Roma centre back Gianluca Mancini will surprisingly be available for the game against AC Milan on Monday evening as he has somehow tested negative for the coronavirus just a few days after his positive test. The defender has posted on Instagram stating, "Negative results on the last two tests. Destination San Siro.”
As we reported here, Mancini tested positive for the coronavirus this past week and was expected to miss the game as the quarantine period is usually 14 days but somehow he is back in less than a week. Milan are still missing defender Matteo Gabbia as he tested positive for the coronavirus too and is yet to recover.
Chris Smalling is still not expected to play as he is out with injury. The centre back will greatly strengthen Roma and Milan will need to bring their A game to get a win at the San Siro tomorrow night.
