Gianluca di Marzio is reporting that AC Milan have Real Madrid veteran on their wish list as the list of available centre backs on the market shrinks. Milan are reportedly looking at Nacho Fernandez as an experienced addition to the side as the 30 year could be allowed to leave the Santiago Bernabeu this transfer window with some contacts reportedly completed. Milan are looking to sign Nacho on a dry loan. There would be no options to buy included in the deal as per the report. Milan may also ask Madrid to pay a portion of the player's salary.
Tuttuosport via MilanLive.it are reporting that Nacho is nothing more than a last minute loan option for Milan in the event where they cannot sign Takehiro Tomiyasu from Bologna by deadline day. Bear in mind, the transfer window closes next week on Monday. Milan are currently looking to sign one of Tomiyasu or Kristoffer Ajer from Celtic FC soon.
