AC Milan Women pulled off a rout in a six pointer beating Empoli Ladies 3-0 on the road to move three points clear of their closest rivals and closer to the coveted top two spots in the Serie A Femminile. Midfielder Refiloe Jane opened the scoring in the first half with an easy strike into an empty net after a great run and set up by captain Valentina Giacinti. Late in the second half Giacinti would build up her momentum further with a great finish turning the keeper and slotting home. In the dying minutes of the game, left back Tucceri Cimini took a curling free kick that no one tracked and beat the keeper to take the Rossonere up 3-0 in the tie. Another win and another clean sheet ahead of the all important derby against Inter next weekend.
