AC Milan via their website have officially announced the signing of Norway international Jens Petter Hauge from FK Bodo/Glimt on a permanent deal. Milan were reportedly incredibly impressed by the player last week in the third qualifying round of the Europa League where he scored a screamer and provided an assist at the San Siro against Milan. The 20 year old left winger is capping off an impressive two seasons with his side where he has scored 26 goals in 51 appearances helping his side to the top of the table. The winger has signed a 5 year contract with Milan and will likely play as the deputy for Ante Rebic.
Gianluca di Marzio via MilanLive.it is reporting that Milan have paid just 5 million euros to sign the promising attacker on a permanent basis. MilanNews.it are reporting that the approach of Hauge and his selection represents Milan's switch to data driven methods in the identification of talent. Hauge has chosen to wear the jersey no 15.
