Aston Villa are looking at another signing from AC Milan after initiating contacts from Piatek as we reported yesterday here. Villa are looking to bring veteran goalkeeper Pepe Reina back to the Premier League. The former Liverpool and Napoli man has been a back up to Gianluigi Donnarumma at Milan but the 37 year old has largely featured in the Coppa Italia and the Europa League over the past season.

Reina currently has a contract with Milan until 2021. He has started in the league five times in the season and a half he has been with the Rossoneri. A report from Nico Schira today indicates that Villa are offering him a 6 month contract with the potential for a renewal if Villa manage to avoid relegation. Milan are reporting comfortable with the player leaving for free.
