Julian Mazzara via Sempre Milan is reporting that AC Milan could sign Matias Zaracho from Racing Club in Argentina to replace the outgoing Suso. The 21 year old has 3 goals and 1 assist thus far this season and is considered to be a promising playmaker and a huge prospect. He is represented by Augustin Jimenez - who also represents another target, Rodrigo de Paul - and the agent offered the player to the Milan management when they met a few weeks ago as we reported here.
Maldini spoke with Matías Zaracho’s agents. He made a €15M+bonuses offer to sign the player. Milan want him now. His release clause with Racing is set at €22M [@JulianMazzara] pic.twitter.com/YAgJs3F7Bd— Milan Eye (@MilanEye) January 28, 2020
According to the report from Mazzara, Milan have put an offer of 15 million euros on the table plus bonuses and the club are yet to respond. The player has a release clause of 22 million euros in place. The versatile youngster could be a valuable cover for Calhanoglu, Castillejo and could directly replace Suso as he plays as an attacking midfielder.
