Gianluca di Marzio is reporting that Tottenham Hotspur are not giving up on AC Milan and Poland striker Krzysztof Piatek in the current transfer window to cover for the injured skipper Harry Kane. The report notes that the club is evaluating options and looking to find a compromise with Milan who are absolutely looking for a permanent deal and not considering the loan offers being presented.
#THFC

Piatek is expected to start tonight as Milan take on Torino in the Coppa Italia. The newest idea on the table from Spurs as reported by Nico Schira is for the transfer fee to be reduced significantly or overcome through potential swap deals with three prominent options. Victor Wanyama - the box to box midfielder and Kenya captain; Erik Lamela - the right attacking midfielder and Argentina international; and Juan Foyth - the young right back and Argentina international. Talks continue and this week will be crucial for any potential deal.
