According to Sempre Milan, AC Milan have reached an agreement for Simon Kjaer to join the club from Atalanta after Caldara's move the other way is being finalised. The former Sevilla centre back will be an experienced addition to the squad and a welcome addition to the thin defensive line as Leo Duarte is injured.

The report points that he will join on a one year loan with an option to purchase but the figure has not been released yet. Kjaer is still owned by Sevilla as he has been playing on loan at Atalanta thus Milan have reached an agreement with the Spanish side. They will now look to find an agreement with the player.
