Crystal Palace & Aston Villa both reportedly interested

Current Milan forward Fabio Borini might be on his way back to the Premier League.

Borini doesn’t seem to fit into the plans of new Rossoneri manager Marco Giampaolo, so he’s likely on the move and it’s being reported that Aston Villa and Crystal Palace are interested in signing him. Milan are thought to be asking around €15 million for him, but his wages are reportedly quite high, so he may not end up going for that much.

Borini wasn’t the most talented player at Milan last season, but he always gave his all, even when put into absolutely terrible positions by Gennaro Gattuso. He tried hard and ran, even when played at right wing back, despite having no business playing at that position.

He bled for Milan, and while it’s kind of a shame to see him depart, if Milan really are to challenge for the Champions League, then Borini should be nowhere near the team.
