The AC Milan transfer window seems to be gearing up as the medicals for Rade Krunic and Theo Hernandez are finished and it is rumoured that Milan have acquired Ismael Bennacer. This might not be the last signing in the midfield for Milan. It has been reported by Sport Mediaset that Milan could offer an interesting deal to get the Wolverhampton star Ruben Neves.
@Sport_Mediaset : Milan are in talks to exchange Andre Silva plus €15m with Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves.

Rumour has it that Milan could offer struggling forward Andre Silva and 15 million euros in exchange for Neves. This report is hard to believe because it seems too good to be true. Milan would get rid of a player who hasn't worked out for them and would pay a fairly small fee for a top defensive midfielder. Ruben Neves stuck with the Wolves even when they were in the second division in England so why leave now after such a stellar first season in the Premier League.
Neves is an outstanding midfielder who excels at playmaking and could fit perfectly into the system that Giampaolo wants to implement. Now I'm not saying this transfer is impossible but it does seem unlikely. Questions arise as to why Wolves would take Andre Silva a player who has been very poor and in exchange they give up one of their stars. But hey maybe this dream could become a eventual reality for Milan.
