Well, this might be disappointing news for many AC Milan fans.
It’s now being reported that the deal to send Portugal international striker Andre Silva to Monaco has broken down.

Calcio Mercato is reporting that Silva and Monaco couldn’t agree personal terms and that as a result, the deal is now off.
Despite claims that Silva was in the future plans of Milan, it’s never seemed that Silva would be welcomed back to the San Siro with open arms after his dismal first season in Serie A. It seemed that Milan had reached a deal with Sevilla, but the Spanish club refused to pick up the option to buy him outright after he failed to impress after a season on loan in La Liga.
The deal could still go through, of course, as he’s already reportedly in Monaco, and this could all just be a tactic for Monaco to reduce the fee that they are willing to pay. But then again, it would be just like Milan to have a deal secured to send him packing, only for it to be blown up at the last minute.
