Finally AC Milan and UEFA have reached an agreement over financial fair play violations and now Milan is out of Europa League but they have a clean slate. For more on Milan’s deal with UEFA check out Pete Schlenker’s article. This clean slate will free up Milan during this transfer window. Rade Krunic has reportedly already signed with Milan and it seems as though Milan have reached an agreement to sign Theo Hernandez from Real Madrid.

Multiple reports have suggested that Hernandez to Milan is a done deal with a loan with an obligation to buy for a figure close to 20 million euros. Hernandez just 21 years old seems to have been convinced by Paolo Maldini during their meeting in Ibiza. Hernandez is set to have a medical on Monday in Milan.

At the start of his career Hernandez showed promise as a versatile attacking left back for Atletico Madrid and Alves. Such promise made Madrid snatch him up for 24 millions euros. However at Madrid Hernandez has disappointed the club and the fans. It all started with his introduction at the club. Usually Madrid introduces their new signings in the Santiago Bernabeu in front of their fans. Many times the new signing shows off some skills to give the fans a thrill. Hernandez attempted to juggle but it wasn't exactly impressive and the fans were not impressed.

From then on Hernandez had a up and down career at Madrid. At times he showed promise with his pace and attacking prowess. Despite moments of promise Hernandez mainly frustrated fans with his lack of discipline and poor decision making. Him leaving the club has many Madrid fans happy with this move and that can't be a good sign for the Rossoneri. Hopefully Marco Giampaolo will help Hernandez regain his proper form.
