Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira was very, very specific about what he said about interest from Milan when speaking yesterday.
Lucas Torreira admits it “hasn’t been easy” adapting to #Arsenal , but denies any talks with #ACMilan . “Nobody has called me.” https://t.co/fGrIhH6xrJ #AFC #Uruguay pic.twitter.com/ytlNh6cUM1

Torreira, while on Copa América duty with Uruguay, said that “no one called me” which isn’t really an answer. Of course no one called him, that’s what agents are for. He’s said in the past how his family want to leave England and go back to Italy, and he blossomed under new Milan manager Giampaolo while at Sampdoria. So while Torreira chose his words carefully, in the end money almost always talks, and if Milan can get a good enough deal for Arsenal to be content with, then Torreira will be in Rossonero next season. If not, well, then he’s staying in London.
