Lucas Biglia said yesterday that the incident with Franck Kessie left him “sick to his stomach.”
Lucas Biglia admits ‘I felt sick to my stomach for weeks’ after his derby scrap with #ACMilan teammate Franck Kessie https://t.co/1u0LEOQFht pic.twitter.com/oRYHTod2wc

The former Argentina international midfielder told DAZN:
I felt sick to my stomach for 3-4 weeks because I don’t like making a fool of myself.
I didn’t hold it against him, I wanted to show the need for support of a teammate who was entering the field.
I have nothing against Franck. Indeed, I have a great relationship with him. What I teach my children is, above all, the value of life.
I have a son who loves football. When he comes home, he asks to play. He must know first of all that sport must be played with values.
That’s why I felt so sick about the incident with Franck because, for me, there are values before football, which are those of life.
Whatever happened was in the heat of the moment, and it’s just unfortunate that everyone got to see it because it was during the Derby della Madonnina against Inter Milan. People lose their tempers all the time, and it appears that the two of them have put it behind them, at least outwardly. More will eventually come out over the summer, because this is Italy and Milan and everything eventually does get out. If one of them does move on in the summer, expect to hear gossip about what actually was said.
