Lucas Paqueta, along with Krzysztof Piatek, changed Milan’s season after he joined during the winter transfer window, but it now appears that he’s set to miss some time after being injured during the match against Udinese on Tuesday night.

He’s reportedly going to miss a month, but Milan’s timelines for recovery are usually suspect and there is no guarantee that he’ll be back in that kind of time frame. Paqueta’s ability to be a creative force and start attacks in midfield will be sorely missed during his time out, as Milan don’t really have another player who can do the things that he can. Hopefully Milan can find a way to get results and hold onto a Champions League spot in his absence, that starts with a tough match on Saturday.
