Football Italia are reporting that Egypt international Mohammed Elneny was reportedly followed by AC Milan as he has struggled to settle into Besiktas in Turkey. The Arsenal owned midfielder has been offered to Milan by his agent however both Paolo Maldini and Zvonimir Boban do not seem to like his profile.

The 27 year old could have been an midfield reinforcement for the January window but is not making any impact for his current club having only appeared nine times this season. Elneny did manage to feature for Egypt in their AFCON qualifier off the bench in a 1-1 draw against Kenya this past weekend. Milan have turned down the offer as they look for other profiles as reinforcements.
