Paolo Maldini and Zvonimir Boban are set for a busy transfer window in January. The Elliot Fund have given the directors of AC Milan the green light to spend money on a few experienced additions to the squad. Milan have only won three of their opening nine games this season and the individuals mistakes by players have been the major cause of the teams’ failures.
Sempre Milan have reported that Boban and Maldini have reiterated multiple times in recent press conferences that Milan will not wait 10 years to rebuild as a direct comment to their owners. The duo want to be more decisive in the transfer window to buy impactful players as opposed to young players with potential upside for resale. We should expect a few signings in January that add experience and calmness to the squad.
