Dominika Conc opened the scoring at the 35th minute for Milan in the inaugural derby between the city rivals in the women’s Serie A. Conc was a standout performer as she scored a sublime goal from the edge of the box after a corner to put Milan back in the lead after Inter’s equaliser. Deborah Salvatori Rinaldi scored a late header from a free-kick to give Milan a cushion and to win the historic tie. Refiloe Jane - Milan’s marquee signing of the summer from South Africa - dominated the midfield and really stood out in her first derby.
