Calcio Mercato via Sempre Milan are reporting that Torino will go in for AC Milan and Turkey midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu in January. The midfielder has struggled at Milan delivering largely inconsistent performances over the current and previous seasons. He has been primarily deployed as a left midfielder and a left winger under Giampaolo and Gattuso respectively. Torino had pursued Calhanoglu in the summer but were put off by his high price tag.

Calcio Mercato are now reporting that the Granata will move for the midfielder in January looking for a cheaper price given the Turk's poor performances and the presence of Lucas Paqueta and Giacomo Bonaventura as options at left midfield. Calhanoglu has scored 13 goals in his two or so years at Milan and has featured 74 times in the league.
