According to reports, Riccardo Montolivo is once again refusing to leave Milan.

He’d been linked with interest from Genoa, but Montolivo is apparently not going anywhere, despite the club playing literally anyone and everyone instead of him. Gennaro Gattuso appears to have no plans to play him ever again, and instead of moving to another club, Montolivo is reportedly staying put.

It’s frustrating, yes, but honestly a little sad at this point. Montolivo has a contract until June, but if he keeps refusing to go to a new club, he might find the market for his services to be very, very limited. Oh well, it looks like he might be enjoying his retirement from football already.

On to the links.
