After failing to take advantage of other slip-ups last weekend and the lackluster showing in the Europa League mid-week Milan will need to keep from dropping points. Atlanta who is one below them in the table and as of late always a threat to take the game if Milan is not careful. In this week’s Europa League match Mattia Caldara got his debut start and is who Sky thinks will get his first league start this weekend against his former club, who he performed so well for last season.
Staff prediction for the Weekend:
Milan 3–1 Atalanta with Higuain being the most important player for the game, “You need your main striker to make the difference. He’ll show that he can do just that.” —James
Milan 2-0 Atalanta with a late goal to seal the win, “Gennaro Gattuso is most concerned about not conceding, so I think we’ll see Milan keep the clean sheet and work to hit Atalanta on the counter.” — Pete
