It’s that time of year again. Along with players coming to the team, player will now be allowed to leave the club and pursue their careers elsewhere.
Besides the claims that Riccardo Montolivo has been told to find another place to ply his trade, it also appears that four other players are being allowed to leave.

Goalkeeper Gabriel, midfielder Jose Mauri, and defenders Jherson Vergara and Stefan Simic all appear to be headed elsewhere, with the their time in Rossonero now appearing to be over.
Gabriel has already signed officially for Perugia in Serie B, while Simic is reportedly looking to go back on loan to Crotone, where he was on-loan last season. Simic hasn’t made a single senior appearance for Milan after appearing in 24 Primavera matches before going out on loan.
Jose Mauri was featured plenty in the ICC matches in the United States, but otherwise hasn’t really been involved in the team under Gennaro Gattuso. Perhaps a return to Parma is in order for him, as he joined Milan from Parma back in 2015 after Parma had gone bankrupt and had to restart.
Vergara, a former Colombia U20 international, didn’t play for Milan at all last season, and hasn’t played in Italy since playing for AS Livorno in the 2015-16 season. He’s only made one Primavera appearance for Milan, and, quite frankly, only the most die-hard Milan fans would be able to remember that is is still on the squad.
So good luck to all of these players. While it may not have worked out at Milan for them, they might be able to hook up with another team in Italy or abroad and continue their career there. If nothing else, they’ll be able to tell their grand kids about pulling on the famous black and red shirt. Forza Milan.
