With Hakan Calhanoglu suspended for the first match of the season, Gennaro Gattuso might be forced to play one of his new signings right off the bat against Genoa this weekend, and it looks like it might be Tiémoué Bakayoko, as the midfielder would slot in beside Lucas Biglia and Franck Kessie, with Giancomo Bonaventura playing out on the wing to replace Calhanoglu. Of course, Alen Halilovic could also start out on the wing or in even in midfield, so we’ll see.
