It looks like all of the Milan players from last season are done playing in the World Cup.

Carlos Bacca, who the club’s official Twitter page seems to have disowned, Cristian Zapata, and Ricardo Rodriguez all played yesterday, and all of them lost.

So that only leaves Croatia, who has only new signing Ivan Strinić from Milan on the roster after Nikola Kalinić was sent home after refusing to come into a match early in the group stages.

So Strinić, who has just signed for the club and hasn’t even played in a match for Milan, is the only player still in the World Cup. So will Croatia make it all the way to the final? They play hosts Russia on Saturday.

On to the links.
