CAS D-Day is today.
The verdict from CAS is expected today as Milan will be looking for mercy, given that the main “offenders” from UEFA’s complaints, Yonghong Li and his people, are now gone.
#ACMilan expect the CAS verdict on their #UEFA exclusion tomorrow evening and Elliott Management representative Franck Tuil will join CEO Marco Fassone at the appeal https://t.co/CkuJxkG2SX pic.twitter.com/LNKCOgMesm

I’ve always thought that the penalty was so harsh was because of the shoddy ownership of Li and because UEFA wanted to penalize Li, knowing that he was going to be forced to sell and no European football would reduce the sale price. As it turns out, Elliott Management repossessed the club and will now try to convince the CAS that UEFA’s beef was with the old owners, and that a new leaf was turned.
Who knows? It might work.
