Croatian striker Nikola Kalinic could be on the way out of AC Milan soon, with reports saying a deal has been agreed between the club and Atletico Madrid.
According to sources including Marca and Corriere Della Sera, Atleti and Milan have agreed to a loan with an obligation to buy, and that the only step missing is approval from Milan’s new board of directors after they are named on Saturday.
The fee for the deal is reportedly €2 million, with an obligation to buy for €18 million.
This will likely be a welcome move for Kalinic, who struggled in his first season at Milan with just six goals after joining from Fiorentina in the summer for €29 million.
