Has Elliott Management already taken over at Milan?

It’s being reported that Elliott Management fronted the cash to keep the team running, and that the €32 million that Yonghong Li supplied has to be paid back to Elliott within 10 days or Elliott will start the takeover.

So it looks like yet another ownership saga will have an end soon.
