The players and Gattuso were less than pleased with the result against Sassuolo.

Jack Bonaventura spoke to Milan TV and said:

We are a bit disappointed. Today’s match was an opportunity to get back to winning ways and climb back up the table. From now on we just have to keep giving the best of us until the end of the season.

While the team can say that they are disappointed, there were incredibly unlucky against Sassuolo, as with the sheer number of shots on goal you would have expected a few more goals to get into the back of the net.

Milan could have really used those three points and face Napoli next.
