Rossoneri Round-up for 18 March: Patrick Cutrone gets first Italy call-up

AC Milan v Arsenal - UEFA Europa League Round of 16: First Leg

Some good news came out of the Italy call-ups today.

Patrick Cutrone got his first call-up to the senior Italy team. It’s easy to see why the Milan striker had been called up. He’s been in fine form for Milan and including him in the first team for a couple of friendlies makes sense. Argentina and England should be stiff tests for the team, and if the Azzurri are to improve and qualify for Euro 2020, they need to start looking to the future, and Cutrone is the future.
