Ricardo Rodriguez said Wednesday in an interview that other teams “feared” playing Milan in the Europa League.

And while it was easy to dismiss his words as bluster, or even pan his comments as potential to motivate Ludogorets, he put his, um, foot where his mouth is, as he scored the second goal for the Rossoneri after coming on a substitute in the second half.

Looks like Gattuso’s instructions to not look past Ludogorets were listened to by the players on the team, especially considering the other results from Serie A teams in the Europa League.

On to the links.
