FC Barcelona player Denis Suarez has been reportedly offered to AC Milan

Milan General Manager Leonardo looks to sign him on his own terms.

AC Milan are looking for reinforcements in all areas this January. The midfield needs refreshing as Leonardo and Maldini look to bring in top players to boost the squad. Cesc Fabregas seems to be the biggest name on Milan’s wishlist, another player could be set to join the club. FC Barcelona’s Denis Suarez can become a Milan player this January as he was reportedly offered to the club.

Denis Suarez isn’t having a great time at Barcelona. The 24-year-old has only played 10 minutes this season with the club, he doesn’t get enough playing time to properly develop. Most players his age are becoming stars or have already become world-class players. The former Villarreal man is still an exciting prospect that just needs a club at his level to grow as a player. It is clear he has no important role in Catalonia, making him look for opportunities elsewhere. AC Milan is a possibility for the midfielder.

Denis Suarez can be a great addition to AC Milan’s squad.

The Rossoneri need new midfielders this January. As Riccardo Montolivo, Jose Mauri, and Alen Halilovic are likely to leave the club next summer, AC Milan are trying to bring in replacements during the winter. Leonardo is willing to invest in the player on a loan deal with an option to buy. The reason for this deal is that Milan need to postpone payments as much as possible, the club’s finances isn’t strong enough to pay big fees. Tiemoue Bakayoko is at the club on a loan with option to buy, so is Gonzalo Higuain. This type of deal is benefiting the club, though they are going to have difficulties paying the buyout prices.

According to Calcio Mercato, Barcelona has offered Denis Suarez to AC Milan. It isn’t known if these claims are true or not, though it is known that many Premier League clubs are in the race for the former Manchester City man’s signature. It is known that most clubs in the English top tier are financially stronger than many clubs in Europe. Milan might not be able to compete with these clubs if a bidding war is to take place over Suarez.
