AC Milan are going to have a busy winter with multiple players rumored to join and depart the club. As a Champions League spot needs to be secured, the Rossoneri are seeking reinforcements to help the club achieve their goal. The latest news involves Hakan Calhanoglu and Chelsea’s Cesc Fabregas. Both players are world-class, though Milan need to sacrifice one to acquire the other.

Hakan Calhanoglu is an important player for AC Milan. The 2017/18 season is one to remember for the Turk, scoring eight times and assisting 13 in all competitions. His performances on the pitch highly benefited the team, he formed last season’s front line along Patrick Cutrone and Suso. The former Bayer Leverkusen man was one of the best at AC Milan, though he is going through a tough phase at the moment.
Calhanoglu is in a run of poor form. The winger still has no league goals in 14 Serie A appearances, he is also facing tough competition for both Diego Laxalt and Samu Castillejo. The Turkey international is struggling amd Milan might try to sell him in January. The money will be invested in Cesc Fabregas.
Fabregas is set to leave Chelsea. It was made clear that he is no longer a regular starter at the club, the Spaniard is now looking to leave the London side. The midfielder is a world-class player, though he is out of favor at his club. Chelsea are looking to offload the player for only €8 million. This cheap price is too much for AC Milan as they look to pay only half that price.
Cesc Fabregas is one of the best in the world. He is a very talented and experienced player, winning titles all around Europe. AC Milan need new midfielders to boost the team, the 31-year-old has been identified as a target. The deal can very possibly go through, Milan are keen on landing a great midfielder and will try to do so this winter.
