Terrible news for AC Milan, which just came from an incredible 1-5 win against Austria Wien last night: after undergoing exams, Andrea Conti has a torn ACL
The 22 year-old right back got hurt during Italy’s last match and skipped the last week of trainings in order to recover quickly. However, it seemed that this was due to an ankle injury, but the exams he underwent during the last few days showed that it was due to a probable torn ACL. Conti will be evaluated more accurately this week, but it’s almost sure that he’s going to miss a lot of time.
He is expected to miss at least 4 months hoping that everything goes the right way. The Rossoneri still don’t want to risk and will probably rest Conti as much as they can in order to have him back 100% healthy and ready for play.
Get well soon Andrea!
