It’s done. Milan’s European cup dream continues!

After four games, a visit to Romania and Macedonia & a stellar time out for Patrick Cutrone and Riccardo Montolivo across a few games, Milan will finally enter the Europa League proper.

Tonight’s one goal victory over KF Shkëndija has secured Milan’s qualification to the Group Stage of the UEFA Europa League which will be drawn tomorrow in the afternoon.

Patrick Cutrone banked more goals into his account, but the match was reletively tame for Milan and more of a formality, considering their six-goal smashing of the same side in the 1st leg.

What’s next? Well - the draw. Milan have a standing that will see them enter the upper echelons of the tournament, meaning they might just secure a place in Pot One - which would see them avoid Arsenal. It’s more likely that Milan find a place in Pot Two, but we’ll see. The first Group Stage game will kick off in a few weeks on the 14th of September.
