Woe is Milan. This was a tough one to watch for Milanisti everywhere as Roma controlled all aspects of the game. Dzeko and Salah dismantled the defense in the 8' and put a shot in that Donnarumma could do nothing about. Right towards the end of the second half it was Dzeko, who towered over all the Milan defenders at 6'4", put a header in on a corner that Donnarumma didn't even see. The second half was much like the first, but Pasalic was able to put in a diving header after Ocampos (subbed on for Vangioni) nodded the ball across goal on a corner to cut the lead to 1-2. Minutes after it was El Shaarawy, the former Rossoneri himself, who put one in the top corner after Dzeko headed it down for him to make it 1-3, again unreachable by any keeper. To add a bit more insult, Pandev put one in to make it 1-4 and really put the Rossoneri to bed.
The real story was Donnarumma's fantastic game, though you’d never guess from four goals going in, but the youngster couldn’t do anything about most of them. He pulled off a save on a first half shift from Perotti that's easily the save of the season thus far. Here it is below:

He did well to deny Nainggolan's shot into the post later on as well. The youngster showed why he's worth as much as Raiola wants and the new owners must make it a priority to secure a contract extension for Donnarumma. Milan sit 6th and are barely holding on to that last Europa spot because of the Coppa Italia rule. Milan play away at Atalanta in a must win game next Sunday at 2:45 pm EST.
