The Rossoneri seem set to leave their sponsorship jersey deal with Adidas after the conclusion of this current season. This would end the 20 year partnership between the two that started in 1998.
It would set up for Milan to get a potentially bigger deal, as many clubs worldwide have deals in excess of 30 million Euros compared to Milan’s 20 million Euros.
There have been some rumors of a potential deal with new boys on the sponsorship block like Under Armour and New Balance. Even a potential deal could be struck with a Chinese company.
Milan have elso ended their deal with Audi which was also was a long lasting relationship and could see Milan be on the look for more sponsors.
The jerseys in the past recent seasons have not been awful, but it will be an interesting change to the club given the long relationship with Adidas to see them in new jerseys next season.
The potential is great for more money and new, fresh jerseys next season and we all should be excited about that.
