Is Sosa trying to force through a Milan move?

Will Besiktas be forced to give up Sosa?

Jose Sosa, a 31 year old midfielder and a transfer target of Milan, has left Besiktas' training camp after they refused to agree to a transfer with Milan.

Sosa was nowhere to be found in Saturday's camp. He had already requested a transfer to Milan, citing the current instability in Turkey as one of the reasons he wanted to go. Milan had not yet found an agreement with the club, refusing to raise their offer to meet the €8 million asking price. It seems as though Sosa has decided to take matters into his own hands by completely detaching himself from the club, practically begging for a transfer.

Besiktas may look to FIFA in an attempt to make the Argentinian fulfil his contract, but it seems as though the player has no intention of returning anytime soon. It's a tense time between the player and the club, with seemingly the only solution for Besiktas and Milan to agree upon the fee.

The Argentinian was voted the best player of the Süper Lig last season, guiding Besiktas to a league title with his 12 assists and 7 goals, earning him an outstanding rating of 7.53 from Whoscored.com.

Besiktas may be left no other choice but to concede defeat and allow the transfer to go through. We may see Sosa training with the Rossoneri soon.
