Heartbreak for Milan as Inter grab a point at the death

Milan is red.

Well. Almost.

Despite being manhandled by Inter Milan in the first half, AC grabbed the lead with a goal against the run of play. And what a goal it was! Suso struck the ball diagonally past everyone to send the rossoneri in front.

Unfortunately, Milan wouldn’t be able to hold on for long as Inter’s Candreva blasted Stefano Pioli’s boys back into the game.

It was a worry for the rossoneri as Inter continued to boss the game, before that man struck again.

Yes. Suso.

Suso managed to dance around Inter’s defence and slice another shot home. Despite Inter standing still in some sort of ‘mannequin’ challenge attempt, Suso’s goal was absolutely magical.

The cherry on top of Suso’s play tonight will be the fact that he’s the first player since Zlatan to score two for Milan in the Milan Derby.

Despite the efforts of Suso and Donnarumma, Peresic rose to drag a point home for Milan.

A good game for the neutral? Damn straight! Still, the heartbreak will be too intense for Milan, who could have made a real statement to the Serie A with a win.
