No thanks to the international break, there is no Milan football this weekend, and while the Rossoneri have a few players who were called up to Italy squad, it’s still boring when there’s no Serie A action on!

To help cure it, we’ve delved into the latest transfer rumours to see who is going where, at least apparently anyway!

Morgan Schneiderlin

First up is Morgan Schneiderlin, who has emerged as a January target for Montella. The Frenchman made 39 appearances last season for Manchester United but has fallen down the order with Jose Mourinho in charge, and is desperately seeking more game time. This move would make sense if Milan choose not to move for Cesc Fabregas, who is now being linked to West Ham.

Gelson Martins

Staying slightly on Manchester United related news, the Rossoneri have their eye on Sporting Lisbon’s Gelson Martins, but will have to battle it out with the Red Devils and Inter Milan to obtain the youngster. Martins has had a fantastic start to the season, showing his explosive pace on the wing, along with his dribbling skills and final touch it’s no wonder big clubs are keeping an eye on him. Martins has a €60 million release clause in his contract.

Riechedly Bazoer

Another midfieler AC Milan are keeping an eye on is Ajax star Riechedly Bazoer. The 20-year-old has a €20 million price tag and Montella is a fan of the youngster. Milan could make an official bid in January.

Milan Badelj

Milan Badelj has already been linked with a move to the San Siro in the last transfer window, and with the club takeover set to be completed by early December, the Rossoneri will have some cash to splash and may finally land their man. Badelj has already stated that Milan is his first choice and that he has no intention of staying at Fiorentina past his June 2018 contract expiration date. Whether the two clubs can work out a deal prior to that is up in the air, but both clubs would benefit from the move. Badelj is a big fan of Montella and would love to feature for the red and black.
