It has been a disappointing season for us but Milan-Roma is still a fascinating game. The first time the two teams met was October 27, 1929 in a 3-1 win for Milan and since then they played against 158 times (!!) - counting all Serie A matchups - among which we can count 71 Milan wins, 48 draws and 40 losses. Milan-Roma has always been a match where we could see some goal: 228 scored by Milan and 169 allowed, that means an average of 1.43 goals scored per game and 1.07 allowed. For these historical reasons I think we should make another little sacrifice watching tonight's - or afternoon, it depends on the time zone - game, remembering that in the near past we lived a lot of good moments against them.
About last game against them I don't have a lot to say: we held a 0-0 draw being completely outplayed by them in a 11 vs 10 match after Armero's (the Colombian guy who's not in Milan anymore) red card.
Projected Starting XI
AC Milan(4-3-3): Diego Lopez; Abate, Mexes, Alex, Antonelli; Poli, De Jong, Van Ginkel; Bonaventura, Honda, Destro
AS Roma(4-3-3/4-2-3-1, they're tactically elastic as usual): De Sanctis; Torosidis, Manolas, Astori, Florenzi; Pjanic, De Rossi, Nainggolan; Ibarbo, Gervinho, Doumbia
And then...
