Tuesday Milan Musings

By: Gianfranco | December 18th, 2007

I do not want to take away from Maldini Monday, but it is not everyday that one of the blog commenting faithful has a run in with a Milanista.

The paparazzi man in question is none other than Fetyani, and the mark is the one and only Clarence Seedorf, fresh off his Fifa World Club Victory.

Here are the photos:

Check out the comments here to read Fetyani’s story, nice work and FORZA MILAN.

I think if I were to ever meet any of the players I would have to go with someone really brave because 1) I would pass out or 2)Throw up all over the place. Even thinking about it just makes me quezzy no matter how much I would love to meet them I don’t think I will ever be able to leave michigan its like i’m imprisoned here. I want to go back to sicily so bad at least I’ll be in the same time zone. LOL.

I can’t wait to read about the Derby and what it was like!

Ro, when I met Donadoni a few years back I was a bumbling idiot. Mind you I speak fluent Italian so as I was talking to him I actually had to struggle for words while my Pops was patting him on the back and chatting away.

yah i met Massaro & the Champions League trophy last month. Gattuso in June. and now this…. im sure ill wake up any minute now and realize its all a dream, maybe ill even post it here. its 6am here, even though i havent slept for over 35 hours in the past 2 days, i just woke up from all the excitement, i couldnt go back to sleep lol.

ok this story i dont have any pictures for, but i cross my heart and swear to die =). back in 1999 in the middle east not only did i met Donadoni, because my friend was his neighbor just 2-3 houses next to him, we use to go play all the time at his place. he use to take pictures and video record us with his camcorder when we play soccer. once my friend broke a huge glass chess of Donadoni’s, we were so scared, but when he found out he just joked about it lol. Thats why i just cant believe he’s the Italy coach!

and in 2002/2003 Milan came to the middle east for a friendly game, i went to the Hilton to meet them, the guy at the lobby told us they already left for training. i was so disappointed, then out of nowhere i look up the glass elevator coming down and inside its Maldini & Nesta, i couldnt F***ing believe it. Even though i met the whole squad, the only ONLY player said something to me was Maldini, his exact words “Hi, How are you” i froze i really couldnt even reply or say anything i just had my jaw open wide, i remember it as if it was yesterday.

okay seriously no jokes, are you guys on this too!!! is this a dream!?!! apocalypse!!! HEAVEN!!!!!!!!

the hell is going here in Milano, give me time to let it sink in, to get accustomed to it!!

anyway i was shopping in Via Montenapoleone for my mom, i was so tired after a long day visiting the San Siro and other stuff as well. i was walking and i see this guy with blond hair and a flashy jacket, i just said to myself why would someone dress like that, so gay, then after i passed him, my jaw dropped down!! i took a couple of steps back and screamed: MASSIMO!!!! he said: Si. i babbled something i dont know what it was and said, photografia per favore.

then literally 20 sec after that i was still in shock looking at the picture on my phone i saw this restaurant i saw yesterday too that had Milan shirts hung on the wall, and who’s sitting inside, KALADZE!!! i started to spin around myself, try to say there’s Ambro and here’s Kaladze!! the hell!! so i went inside and just took a picture and said, VINCERE, NON TI LACEREMO MAI!!

now im doubting my existence. whats going on in this world, i have no F**ing idea! im just happy…so so happy..so so so so happy. FELICE =)

I find it amazing that players are so accesible in Italy, imagine that kind of contact in the US, which is paparazzi crazy. Fetyani next time you leave you are getting an office AC Milan Offside Blog camera and press pass.
