There are no decisive runs, cuts, or moves to get open or to receive a pass. When the last time we've seen a goal from a built up play by the mid-field? Or a one two give and go. We're super slow, and the fact we are using the Christmas tree doesn't help. Ancelotti is an intelligent man but he is a reeeeeeeealy sloooooooow learner and a veeeeeeery stubborn man. He's horrible at motivating, and preparing his teams to play hard, with motivation, purpose and a sense of urgency for 90 minutes+. Totally new players (World Class Ones with pace) are needed right now to replace Maldini, Seedorf, Pirlo, Flavali, Emerson. I know some of these players are near and dear to us, but IMO they've shown that they can't CONSISTANTLY get the job done on the field any longer.
