Of course Samuel that it doesnt hurt it is quite good actually. But just to clear some things carlo would put on pitch the devil himself if he was the only one on the bench in order to recreate first team. And actually he didnt change a single thing in tactics but i know that people like to think like he did, like now everything works fine, like now we have new xmas. And what is clear as sky is that next game antonini and favalli are out and zambro and flamini/ambro are in and it will be like maldini, kaladze, zambro, janks, flamini, pirlo, seedorf, kaka, dinho, pato.I want to say and i said it 1000 times that xmas is the best strategy if it works fine,if it works like tonight.

I just watched the game cause i didn’t have the stomach to watch it without knowing the result, and i must say that i’m impressed with the overall team performance. I’m also glad that darmian and strasser got some playing time.
Shingi and Shehan, you guys have always something interesting and intriguing to say, keep it up.Posted from

Does anyone think that maybe instead of beckham being the good luck charm maybe the players played to their full potential because they were giving their all? I mean everyone is going to know jump on the spice crew bandwagon but I think also having Gattuso there had a little something to do with it too.

So what’s next? Is this the beginning of a great start or just a onetime thing? Are we going back on the roller coaster of a loss, draw, a big win, an ok win, draw, loss, and so on? Here’s hoping for consistency.
sam, I recorded the match on my dvr, but I don’t know if it can be sent as a file.Posted from

Sam, apologies, but that is a rather amusing image. Nicely done
It should be put up as a torrent sometime tomorrow as most big Milan matches are. I’ll give you a heads up if I find one. I’d really like to get a copy myself, to watch during the inevitable down periods we’re going to half in the second half of the season.

*going to have…
I love the Offside, but if there’s one failing it has, I always thought it was not being able to edit your posts. Oh well.

Let’s not get carried away, folks. Sure it was a great performance by the team but let’s hope it’s a norm rather than an exception.
After all the half-asses performances we have seen lately, I’ll wait and watch for a while.Posted from

Milan finally met a team with a defense even shakier than their own. I think Antonini needs to work a lot on his defending skills. He’s good going forward but loses his bearings when under attack. Same goes for Darmian.
Dinho has improved his fitness tenfold since the start. I think they are finally on the way to utilizing the kaparo trident effectively, ie pushing Kaka further forward and making he and Pato working the flanks with Dinho more through the middle.

nice post, “A.” no doubt that Udinese made it easy for us with their style of play. nice to hear that someone else agrees that Ronnie is showing conserably increased fitness…

Rossoneri4Life and A, voices of reason, good to hear. I am still super happy about the win, but much of our dominance was down to Udinese’s shoddy defending.
But I don’t want to minimize the importance of the win. Goig into the break, training camp coming up on a high, Roma to face when we come back, a perfect time to score 5 goals as we did.

I hope everyone doesn’t start to think we’re unbeatable because of yesterday’s game.
Udinese is a team in shambles!!!
