It’s not a bad idea to have a bit of thugishness too – getting into your opponents head is a big part of winning too. I like this new attitude. Better than the “we’re too talented to break a sweat” attitude of the past couple of years

I miss, Paolo. But still the guys showed plenty of promise. And Pato is showing his immaturity. Someone needs to smack some sense into him. Gattuso thats your cue man!

HAHA Ranjeet, so true.
And yeah, Dinho man of the match, with 2 excellent passes to create 2 goals, and a bunch of other nice plays.

would love to be proved wrong, shingai

walinyusa, the most positive influence to Pato would be Kaka. It should be Leonardo now, since he’s the one that got him, so I guess it’s a stronger relationship b/w Pato and Leo.

saw silva play for the first time…good solid stuff by nesta and him…
zambro for me was the worst player on the field today with ambro in the second half close behind then pirlo in the first half (he woke up in the second one tho) and janku, storari was pretty good in his reflexes…
flamini carrying on from his good performaces last season…pato will be fantastic if he can just look up and play and can that attitude a bit…boriello really needs to net a few to shore up his confidence, but does a lot of work in every part of the fieldPosted from

moka, kaka who?

I’ll be happy if we get anything out of the Inter game next week.

Pato was simply defending himself. The sienna players were the ones who provoked him. Go pato!

hopefully Huntelaar will solve the Borriello issue. we showed that we were weak on the wings in the back, De Silvestri will help a lot with his young fresh legs. and next season we’ll get the other one.
all over, im happy with our team. but still worried about the Derby, if we stay focused we’ll be good.

i hope leo gives boriello some more chances to prove himself…he should rotate the strikers

The main negative issue in this game was Milan’s inability to transfer the ball from the defenders to the forwards in most of the first half and a part of the second, which is what we can expect with pirlo being the only ‘technical’ player in midfield and 3 men upfront. with that said, borriello was a positive presence because I can’t count all the times he headed a long ball down to dinho or pato.
seing nesta play an official game made me bust a nut. thiago was very good as well. ronnie looked sharp, made a few great passes, and let’s face it – he won this game. pato wouldn’t have had a chance to score if it weren’t for ronaldinho distributing those balls near sina’s goal. speaking of pato, hope he keeps this up. as for the attitude, it doesn’t hurt as long as he doesn’t stack up too many yellow cards too often.

ronaldinho played well, but hes still a lazy marthafocker. he needs to move more.
pato’s form should be expected. i’m sure we can expect more from him.
and nesta, my gosh, how much have we missed him? he is absolute class. of royal blood. majestic in every touch and movement. one of the finest and graceful footballers we will ever play. it truly is an honor to watch him.

jovan, without seedorf we don’t have much chance of successfully passing the ball on the ground from defense to attack. as somebody told me earlier, pato’s pace buys ronaldinho’s space. it got us 2 goals in the end, and thats all we needed.
lets hope seedorf can return soon.

jovan – with u on boriello – his contribution to the game is going to be under-rated just cause he didnt score – a number of times he controlled the ball, passed it forward, fell back to help in defence, actually started the move for the second goal…i hope leo noticed all this

y u all being soo negative about the inter game next week only the last two meetings we lost to them. we normally draw or beet them. the last derby game of 08/09 season we only lost cause of kaladze and inzaghi equaliser that was apparantly of side. be positive cause the scum aint better then us we can always beat them

nesta and silva are my MoM.
lighting a candle light vigil next to my tv in hopes that nesta lasts the entire season.

Dinho man of the match, plain simple. Shehan you’re a joke. I quite expected you and a few others not to give the MAN credit. Lazy? It would be fucking nice if the D and back 3 midfielders got the ball up more frequently and quicker so this “lazy motherfucker” wouldn’t have to run back as much. What a chooch.
Anyway, said it in the other post very good game by many. We have to remain healthy and hope for the brilliance we saw today from R80 to continue…otherwise who the fuck is going to strike the fear? Lol. Incredible feed to Flamini and a great pass across to Pato. By the way Shehan at 40 and with the beer-shape now, I could have score that fucking goal.
