AC Milan is the most experienced team in converting the defeats into win. winning 7 champions league and being 11 times finalist in champions league speaks volume.

It was a very nice performance to watch.
Milan’s determination and grit was great to watch. There was no crying about being tripped, or about bad/missed calls. They just played hard and were rewarded. Seedorf got a nice goal…(which made Gianfranco yell with delight so loud I heard it from Toronto)
But after that he lost possession too easily. (The hug he & Ancelotti exchanged was telling)Boriello is the freakin man. He ran back to his own box to break up a goal scoring chance…freakin awesome. I wish he would’ve buried his chance that R80 set up.
Gattuso was a beast and looked like the Gattuso of a few years ago. Kaka & Zambrotta with scored a couple classy strikes for goals.
I wish R80 scored on his chance instead of hitting post, but he’ll get his soon. (I had to shake my head at his back pass to know one
but with more understanding between him and his team mates we might see some spectacular goals from those passes)But yes….”finally” we’re showing signs of getting to where we need be if we want to win the scudetto this year.
Hope we’re clicking on all cylinders on Sunday.
FORZA MILAN

Big-Dawg “Boriello is the freakin man. He ran back to his own box to break up a goal scoring chance…freakin awesome.”
I totally yelled in delight when i saw him do that, glad to see the determination back in our guys!
All i saw yesterday was The ‘Dorf play like how Milanista expect, he was good in pre-season but stank in the the 1st 2 league outings and now he looks to have picked up the thread. But i did like the hug!
U cant 4get Ambros input last night either, he was a beast and Janks seemed to suddenly remember what it is he is meant to be doing!
Everyone seemed to play great, dont 4get Pato’s little jink past the defenders into the box in the 2nd half, Bravo.
Kakas back! and you can so tell! with last nights performance it was a shock to remind yourself “We have no Pirlo!” i hope he takes his time and comes back 100%
Just think, we still git Pips, Nesta & Senderos to comeback also!
My fave momnet is STILL the look of shock Zambros face when he saw his shot go in, PRICELESS!!!

I had to tape the match and just saw it now… feeling that relief you all probably felt yesterday!
I was freaking in love with Borriello, his work ethic was so great yesterday. I was surprised at how well Gattuso did, came back from injury and showed his old form, lovely to see. Ricky was just…hungery, love it.
Man, I’m still buzzing. It wasn’t perfect by any means, but it was still a nice change.

Can I get a HELL YES?
…
HELL YES!
I’m in an internet cafe in Addis, looking like a bit of a crazy maniac since I just found out the result. Footy bars here were playing Chelsea v ManU instead (which I have to admit was very entertaining), so I couldn’t watch this lovely game. Brilliant. Simply brilliant. I’m grinning from ear to ear right now.
What makes this win even better? My plane stopped in Rome on yesterday in transit to Ethiopia and of course who was I sitting next to? An INTER fan. Very nice guy, just horribly horribly misguided like all Inter fans. So of course, in broken English, Spanish, and Italian, we were debating why each other’s team sucked (among other calcio stuff) for 2 hours. What did he say?
“2-1 Bologna, 2-0 Genoa…Milan are finished.”
I’ll effing show you finished. 4-1!
Forza Milan PER SEMPRE!

Lol @ Hana “I’ll effing show you finished. 4-1!”
Bonnie dont celebrate 2 early regarding Rino as im sure post match it was mentioned that his wrist had swollen up during the match, im hoping its not major.
As for the display of affection between Carlo and The ‘Dorf “The embrace between me and Clarence Seedorf was an embrace between people who appreciate one another and I thank Clarence, like all the others, for the match they played.
Not just for the quality of the play, but especially the attitude with which they came on the pitch, everyone tried to stay compact and close to each other. It was a nice match, an important victory.”
1-2-3 Aaaawwwww!

I was very happy with this win!
Everyone played well. I was impressed with Borri when he ran back to our box to block that potential goal. Zambro BLASTED that ball! nice goal.Posted from

Wow, I never thought I’d see Milanistas so excited about one victory. at home. over lazio.
oh madon, milanistas of yesteryear must be rolling over in their graves

The Dorf-Carlo hug was great to see as Carletto has been hounded by the press with their threats of him being sacked and how he lost control of the dressing room, some sort of civil war and all that tripe. That hug pretty much showed us what we already knew; that the players are behind the coach 100%. Even the hugs between the players seemed to be from the heart and not just because of the euphoria of scoring. Seedorf running over to R80, the team mobbing Pato, Borriello and Pato after the game…

You guys must play Borriello…Keep that washed-up loser on the bench, sheva that is

KJ - i am a Milanista of yesteryear (but not in my grave yet!) and true this victory is nothing in comparison to the footballing showcases Milan have put on display.
The reason for the jubilation is more to do with the level of expectancy being heaped on this squad.
Even non-Milanista are expecting us to do well, the jubilation on the pitch was also a sign of relief from the recent pressures!
Last night, everything just seemed to click, but we all know the scudetto is gona be a long hard slog.
Forza Milan!

Yes Avia your right, I forgot about him, Ambro played an amazing game as well.
This was only one game though…
So now that they actually played the sort of game we all knew they could…it boils down to our team playing with this type of fire and intensity week in week out, game in game out for 90+ minutes. If they do…we’ll certainly win the Scudetto.
