again, i think carlo was blameless… avia, you said that bringing on emerson killed us…
well seedorf asked for the sub, so he had to bring some one on… look to the bench, and his only option, if it were to bring on a midfielder, was brocchi and emerson… well.. had he brought on brocchi, we would have still lost…
if he brought on a striker and then roma scored those two, a lot more people would be up in arms about his ineptitude bringing on a striker when we are a goal up…

There was a time when Milan didn’t give a crap who else wanted players, they just got them.

And Pizarro was all over us to.
Lets sign him, De Rossi AND Aquilani!

Avia, Rino didn’t do a half bad job of defending today. He had this one really sweet tackle on some Roma play that I can’t remember on the right flank. There were flashes like these of his real, pitbull self. Not vintage Rino, perhaps, but I’ll take it.

Yup.
Check yesterdays discussion between me and Fet about that!
He even brought up the time we wrentched Baggio from Juve!
Baggio from Juve!
Baggio from Juve! That was done via Voodoo or sumthing!
We always took who we wanted, now we are told “Oh, he’s just signed a one year extension!”
So?!

Let’s just swap teams.

we can forget about de rossi and aquilani… they are roman blood… through and through…
de rossi once even said that he will stay at roma for life, even if it means he will win less… because thats how much it means…

a, there was a time were we didn’t but seeing the financial problems lately or just not pulling the trigger we probably won’t outbid anyone.
avia de rossi and aquilani will never leave roma it just won’t happen with them tooPosted from

Hana, accepted that he did defend a good bit today.
(For my sins ive been watching last seasons CL matches) and he was like an crazed animal against Man Utd for example.
He would dispossess a player and charge at the opposition with it and take our attack with him.
Now, i dont see that level of play in him, sorry.

Defending alone means jack these days. Torino midfielders defend, only.
You got to be able to play if you want to beat the best.

A, so tru.
We seem to lack vision on the pitch – currently its like
“lets just hoof the ball to the attack”Our midfield arent opening or supporting any channels.
Alot of attacks came from Oddo, with our own midfield doing sweet f**k all!
At times ive found myself disappoined by Kaka (yes, i said it!) sometimes gettin the ball and just running at a defender isnt enough!
No vision.

Here’s any idea for you guys,
to get De Rossi, Aquilani and Pizarro lets just sign Spaletti!
Im sure the trio would gladly follow!
And if todays anything to go buy Spaletti has better ideas than Carletto.
(but then again we slapped Man U 3-0 as opposed to being robbed 7-1 ouch!)

we don’t need spaletti we need marcello lippi

im still putting my hopes on Mourinho or Rijkaard (THEN Lippi!)

mourinho is most likely to go to real madrid but he is not a good fit for us he does not know the italian game therefore we need lippi or rijkaard who played for us.
Oh yeah and mourinho can’t beat liverpool in the clPosted from

Hey, Mourinho didnt kno anything about the EPL and he still won alot in England.

I don’t like Mourinho.

there is no way milan would get mourinho… his personality is something the media loves to take in but it is one that most people hate… a media savvy club like milan loves to be liked, and mourinho is not a coach that is well liked by anyone but the fans of the club… i dont see him coming here…
carlo should stay… he has given us 6 years at the top with this team, if we allow him to build another one, he will be able to do it again…

and hopefully, inter lose tomorrow so this loss is at least worth something

That sucked. How frustrating to concede twice in 3 minutes. I really felt bad today, when Nesta and Janks were ruled out, and we had to play Favalli at LB. It made me think about how hopeless we were in the transfer market, that we couldnt sign decent players. I mean, this is Milan. We should have signed great players, not people like Favalli. In 2 years,we have ruined ourselves courtesy Galliani and co.

kaladze was an absolute joke today.
both goals conceded were his fault.
for the first goal he couldnt clear properly. for the second goal he played vucinic onside. not to mention he kept putting Maldini under great pressure with some really stupid back passes. what a douche.
Maldini again carried our defense today. and as some of the romans are saying, he played like he was 25 today, he must carry on another year.
we had some great play in the second half, but it all went downhill when SEEDORF GOT INJURED. thats why he was subbed. but i still think it was too early to close shop, not to mention kaladze shouldve been subbed off in the first 5 mins.
oh well. kudos to roma, it was a cracking game. lets just hope fiorentina loses tomorrow.
and as always, forza milan
